Description:

Navigating life with anxiety can feel like riding a rollercoaster of emotions, with unpredictable twists and turns that leave you feeling both exhilarated and terrified. From the moment you wake up, a sense of unease gnaws at you, a constant companion whispering doubts and fears into your mind. Some days, you feel like you're walking on a tightrope, teetering on the edge of a breakdown with every step you take. Other days, you're engulfed in a whirlwind of activity, your mind racing a mile a minute as you try to keep up with the frenetic pace of your thoughts. Mood fluctuations are the norm, with moments of euphoria quickly giving way to despair at the slightest provocation. Despite your best efforts to maintain a facade of composure, you find yourself buffeted by waves of anxiety and uncertainty, struggling to find solid ground amidst the tumultuous seas of your emotions. Yet, amidst the chaos, there are fleeting moments of clarity and calm, reminding you that beneath the storm lies a reservoir of strength waiting to be tapped.

How I live with Anxiety and Mood imbalances

Your mind often doesn't feel rested. You find it hard to focus many times on saying the thing you want to say. In mid thought or conversation, a wave of different or specific patterns of emotions flood through you. One moment you could feel fine and normal, and the next moment you have a completely different emotion and feeling. You often appreciate and are very aware when you feel “normal, stable”. You don’t know what the cause of this is, but you have a sense that there is something wrong that you cannot control. A part of you seeks the answer to this.
