Description:

Each gut issue has its own unique properties. Constipation you feel tightness and never quite satisfied until you can have that very infrequent release. Afterwards you feel relieved and satisfied. Bloating is an experience where your stomach area just feels so full. You may or may not have a sense of what is causing it but if you do know, you really pay attention to the foods and liquids you consume or at least you try to. Sometimes it gets so bad you feel like you can’t even move or nauseated. Diarrhea is an unpleasant experience where you are left sometimes not knowing how we got here. You are writhing in agony wondering about what caused this entire experience. Oftentimes, symptoms of people with diarrhea include being easily triggered, emotional fluctuations, lack of focus, inability to connect to fulfillment and happiness.

How I live with Gut issues

Gut issues are extremely variable with each person having their own unique set of problems. Whether you are constipated, bloated, or have diarrhea inconsistencies, often you are left not knowing the cause of the experience. You begin attempting to track the foods you eat and the days you have. You never really can put a finger on what is happening or why. You just get a sense that something is wrong and you tolerate it. You tolerate your relationship with your gut until something extremely significant happens, in which case you realize something needs to get done. You also discover that you don’t know where to begin or what is happening. So afterwards you go back into the cycle of tolerating your problem once more. It isn’t until more severe things happen that you don’t even realize that all of these bad things that you experience are ALL interconnected.
