Throughout the day, even simple tasks feel like monumental challenges, each step requiring an immense effort. You struggle to concentrate, your thoughts foggy and fragmented, as if shrouded in a perpetual haze. No amount of rest or relaxation seems to alleviate the exhaustion that permeates every fiber of your being, leaving you feeling drained and depleted both physically and emotionally. How I live with Low energy

I’ve tried everything. I look for energy hacks that can give me energy. I’ve tried relying on things like caffeine, 6 hour energy, vitamins, and energy pills. I’ve attempted to exercise more but it is like a rollercoaster like my energy levels. I want to be alone at times, needing space to try and recover. I have periods where I oversleep or don’t want to get out of bed frequently.
